Registration Information

REGISTRATION NOW OPEN

The registration fee covers the organisation expenses, welcome reception, coffee breaks, supplement for the school banquet and the latest edition of the book High Energy Astrophysics by M.S Longair.

Regular registration fee (until June 3rd, 2011) : €350
Late registration fee (until June 30th, 2011) :     €450

The registration fee can be paid online at http://payments.dias.ie/
A confirmation e-mail and enrolment form will be sent to you upon receipt of your registration payment. The enrolment form must be completed and emailed toastro-summer-school@cp.dias.ieto finalise your registration.

Prebooking is possibe by emailing astro-summer-school@cp.dias.ie, but places are limited and will be allocated on receipt of registration fee.

For registrations after June 30th, fees must be paid in cash at the registration desk.

Participants who attend the entire course will receive a certificate of attendance.

The payment for the accomodation is independent from the registration fee and must be payed individually by the participants upon booking/arrival. This can be done by cash or credit card at the hotel reception.

Cancellation Policy

Request for cancellation of registration and refund of registration fees must be made in writing, and emailed to
astro-summer-school@cp.dias.ie. Registration fees will be refunded in full on request up until June 3rd, 2011.
After June 3rd €200 can be refunded.
